VALUES
Everything we do is rooted in a set of values that obligates both ourselves and those we collaborate with.
These values are not a rulebook, but a shared compass for how we act, work together, and take responsibility.
Community
We create initiatives that benefit the whole and strengthen unity.
The community comes before individual short-term gain.
Relationship-Based Approach
We build long-term, meaningful relationships — not transactions.
People and trust come before utility and profit.
We Have Each Other’s Back
Loyalty, responsibility, and the courage to act form the foundation of everything we do.
We stand up for one another — even when it is uncomfortable or demanding.
We Strengthen Each Other
We consciously contribute to helping others succeed, grow, and stand stronger — professionally, personally, and within the community.
We share knowledge, give honest feedback, and use our position to elevate others, not ourselves.
Honesty and Realism
We are honest in both word and action.
We only promise what we can stand behind, and we act accordingly.
Transparency
We work with open processes and clear agreements.
Trust is built and maintained through clarity, not concealment.
Integrity
We strive for alignment between what we say and what we do.
These values apply both within the community and in the relationships we engage in outside of it.
Reflection and Responsibility
We do not expect perfection.
We expect reflection.
Mistakes are part of being human, and we work through mistakes through dialogue, responsibility, and learning.
Reflection is the foundation of growth.
At the same time, the community is built on trust.
A distinction is therefore made between:
Mistakes that can be acknowledged, processed, and learned from
Broken trust that undermines the foundation of the community
Actions that consciously require secrecy, involve double standards, or fundamentally break trust and responsibility cannot be repaired through reflection alone.
If trust has been broken, the community is no longer the right place.
Membership and collaboration are voluntary.
Living these values — and actively contributing to the strength of others — is a personal responsibility.
These values are at the core of our collaboration with sponsors and in our work for frontline personnel — and they reflect the culture we seek to strengthen, protect, and be known for.
Loyalty without integrity is nothing.
